Before any radio leaves our Cleveland, Ohio warehouse, we test it fully to ensure complete functionality. In the event that we miss something, reach out to our US-based team as soon as you can. 

We will gladly replace, refund or repair any radio issues caused by manufacturer defects.  

With your subscription, unlimited channels come standard. We can set them up for you, or we would be happy to train you on the use of our dispatcher software to program the radios yourself. 

We also include all of the data you will need to operate your radio in your subscription. Our all-inclusive pricing makes your communication costs simple and worry-free. 

In short, very! Our radios can operate on nearly every LTE network in North America. This, combined with the need for a fraction of the data a cell phone requires, means that there are very few times, places and events in which you won't have a connection. Due to the low data requirement, these radios can even work when cell phones don't.
